DAF Truck Servicing – A, B & C Service Explained
We service DAF Euro 5 and Euro 6 trucks to structured maintenance intervals. Regular servicing prevents breakdowns, protects major components and reduces downtime.
A Service – Inspection Only
A Service is a full vehicle inspection only. There is no engine oil change and no filter replacement.
This service is designed for companies that want to go the extra mile with preventative maintenance and catch problems early.

This is your regular scheduled service.
Service intervals: Euro 5: every 30,000 km | Euro 6: every 40,000 km
- Full vehicle inspection (same as A Service)
- Engine oil change
- Oil filter replacement
- Fuel filter replacement
- Vehicle lubrication
C Service – Major Service
C Service is a more comprehensive service. It includes everything in B Service plus additional filtration and mechanical checks.
Service intervals (Euro 5): every 100,000 km
Valve adjustment: every 200,000 km (completed during a C Service)

- Differential oil filter (where applicable)
Oil Change Intervals (DAF)
Certain oils are not replaced at every service. Typical DAF intervals:
- Differential oil: every 300,000 km (Euro 5 & Euro 6)
- Gearbox oil: every 400,000 km (Euro 5) / every 300,000 km (Euro 6)
We inspect condition during servicing and advise when these are due.
